How to cancel your subscription

Mesurix Pro is billed by Apple through your Apple ID — not by us — so you cancel it from your iPhone:

• Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Tap Mesurix, then Cancel Subscription.

Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. A few things worth knowing:

• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel in Settings.
• If you don't see the subscription, make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
• For a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com — refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
