Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mesurix mobile application (the "app"), published by Vastflow ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This is also an "end-user licence agreement" (EULA) for the purposes of the Apple App Store.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
2. What the app does
Mesurix is a precision measuring utility. It includes an on-screen ring sizer, a card-calibrated ruler and a bubble level, with more measuring tools planned. The app performs its measurements on your device using your screen, your device's sensors and a one-time calibration against a standard bank card.
3. Accuracy — important
Mesurix gives estimates. The accuracy of any measurement depends on correct screen calibration, your specific device, how carefully you place the object, and sensor tolerances. Readings — including ring sizes — are guidance, not guarantees.
For purchases where fit or size matters (such as buying a ring), we recommend confirming the result with a professional jeweller before you commit. We are not responsible for costs, losses or returns arising from a measurement that turns out to be inaccurate. Always choose the larger size when you are between sizes, as the app advises in-product.
4. Free features and Pro subscription
The core measuring features are free to use. The app also offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional convenience and breadth (for example, viewing all size standards side by side, saving multiple sizes and profiles, and further measuring tools as they are added).
- Pro is offered as a weekly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription. The yearly plan may include a free trial as shown at the point of purchase.
- Pricing is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
5. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any free-trial period is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard policy via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
7. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: measurements stay on your device, there is no account, and only limited anonymous analytics and subscription state leave the device.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a measurement produced by the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Apple as a third-party beneficiary
These Terms are between you and Vastflow, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support and warranty obligations are ours, not Apple's, except as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
